Dundonald

Dundonald is a komatiite-hosted magmatic nickel-copper-cobalt sulphide project in Dundonald Township, about forty-five kilometres east of Timmins in the Abitibi greenstone belt. The Alexo-Dundonald system is a classic Archean komatiitic setting, where nickel sulphides accumulated at the base of ultramafic flows. The property has a long exploration history and the operator has been advancing it with community agreements in place. This is one of four nickel-copper-PGM interests in the portfolio.
