Northshore West is a 234-hectare claim block adjoining the Northshore gold resource, about four kilometres south of Schreiber in the Thunder Bay District within the Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt. The adjacent deposit is an open-pittable resource carrying higher-grade vein material. The royalty block is the western extension of that ground.
